AN ACT relating to economic development.
     Amend KRS 154.12-210 to apply information provisions to the entire chapter; require information to be released to local and regional economic development interests upon their request; upon the request of local and regional economic development interests, require the Cabinet for Economic Development to release a list of enterprises and industrial entities that have contacted the cabinet and expressed an interest in locating and operating eligible projects within the Commonwealth.
