AN ACT relating to state personnel.
     Amend KRS 151B.195 and KRS 163.470 to authorize the commissioners of the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Department of the Blind to use funds from the Social Security reimbursement program to offer staff incentive pay to those employees that place either Social Security or Supplemental Security Income recipients into employment.
