AN ACT relating to restricted motor vehicle dealers.
     Amend KRS 190.010, relating to definitions governing motor vehicle dealers, to clarify that a restricted motor vehicle dealer recycling salvage motor vehicles shall be engaged in the business of harvesting used parts, components, and assemblies, and recyclable materials for resale, reuse, or reclamation; amend KRS 190.058, relating to the membership of the Motor Vehicle Commission, to increase the membership from 12 to 13, by adding a representative of the restricted motor vehicle dealers.
