AN ACT relating to rental agreements.
     Amend KRS 383.505 to require the adoption of the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and prevent any city, county, or urban-county government from adopting any ordinance that would change the effectiveness of the Act; amend KRS 383.030 to conform, by setting the amount of restitution in the district court to be $4,000 or less; amend KRS 383.100, 383.160 and 383.170 to conform; repeal KRS 383.195 and KRS 383.500.
