AN ACT relating to the funding of public transportation.
     Amend KRS 96A.095 to allow general fund dollars to be used for operating subsidies for mass transit services. Amend KRS 96A.096 to allow funds from the Kentucky Transportation Development Fund to be used for public transportation operating subsidies.
