AN ACT relating to the state purchases.
     Amend KRS 45A.030 to add a definition of "minority business enterprise"; and amend KRS 45A.045 to require the Finance and Administration Cabinet to provide reports on state purchases which include transactions with minority business enterprises, small business enterprises, women business enterprises, and business enterprises owned by persons with a disability.
