AN ACT relating to length of service awards programs.
Amend KRS 65.156 to allow local governments to establish length of service awards programs for volunteer firefighter, life squad, and rescue personnel.
SB 288 - AMENDMENTS
SCS/LM - Retain original provisions and add additional language to clarify that a city or county may establish a length-of-service awards program for volunteer firefighters, life squads, and rescue personnel.
HCA (1, J. Hoover) - Attach provisions of KRS 72.415 to allow coroners to equip the vehicles they use in the performance of their official duties with one or more flashing, rotating, or oscillating blue lights; amend KRS 189.920 to conform.
HCA (2/Title, J. Hoover) - Make title amendment.
