AN ACT relating to agriculture.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 454 to define tobacco grower and warehouseman; create a new section of KRS Chapter 452 to specify venue in lawsuits filed against tobacco growers or warehousement; create a new section of KRS 454 to establish standard of proof for lawsuits against tobacco growers and warehousemen.
