AN ACT relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.
     Amend KRS 241.060 to require the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to promulgate regulations prohibiting persons under 20 years of age from being used to determine if a violation of KRS Chapters 243 and 244 has occurred.
