AN ACT relating to Medicaid managed care and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to define the term "Medicaid managed care"; direct the Cabinet for Human Resources, Department for Medicaid Services, to not implement Medicaid managed care program for physical health services outside Partnership Regions 3 and 5 as of the effective date of the Act and for twenty-four calendar months thereafter; prohibit the Cabinet for Human Resources, Department for Medicaid Services, from implementing within the Commonwealth a Medicaid managed care program for behavioral health services as of the effective date of the Act; EMERGENCY.
