AN ACT relating to certificate of need and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to mandate that an application for new inpatient or outpatient surgical services be consistent with the State Health Plan if specified conditions are met; mandate that an application for megavoltage radiation equipment be consistent with the State Health Plan if specified conditions are met; mandate that an application for a certificate of need for comprehensive physical rehabilitation beds be consistent with the State Health Plan if specified conditions are met; mandate that an application for a certificate of need for magnetic resonance imaging be consistent with the State Health Plan if specified conditions are met; EMERGENCY.
