AN ACT relating to codes of ethics.
     Amend KRS 65.003 to require those officials of special districts as determined by the fiscal court and the appointed and elected officials of any city, county, or other entity that enters into interlocal cooperation agreements in accordance with KRS Chapter 65, to adopt by ordinance a code of ethics; amend KRS 65.250 to conform.
