SB 309/FN (BR 853) - D. Williams

     AN ACT relating to school facilities.
     Amend KRS 157.622 to direct the School Facilities Construction Commission to promulgate an administrative regulation to provide that all savings to the commission generated over the life of a bond shall be dedicated to the district's account by the commission and that accumulated funds shall be used toward the district's next building priority.
