SB 309/FN (BR 853) - D. Williams
AN ACT relating to school facilities.
Amend KRS 157.622 to direct the School Facilities Construction Commission to promulgate an administrative regulation to provide that all savings to the commission generated over the life of a bond shall be dedicated to the district's account by the commission and that accumulated funds shall be used toward the district's next building priority.

Coleman) - Retain provisions and amend KRS 211.165 to require the educational loan repayment program for primary health care professionals include service in medically underserved areas; permit cabinet to receive private donations and grant funds for educational loans; define "primary health care professionals".
