AN ACT relating to mine safety.
     Amend KRS 352.145 to require licensee to install visible warning device when underground feeders are in operation; require operator's cab at a stockpile to have a self-contained self-rescuer equipped with oxygen; require haulage roadways to have guardrail or similar barrier.
