AN ACT relating to goods or services.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 367 establishing that it is an unfair trade practice to discriminate on the prices charged because of the customer's gender; set out the grounds by which an exception may be made; subject violators to existing penalties; authorize the Attorney General to promulgate necessary administrative regulations.
