AN ACT relating to managed care.
     Amend KRS 205.6320 to require health maintenance organizations, risk-bearing managed care plans for physical health, and risk-bearing managed care plans for behavioral health to exercise ordinary care when making health care treatment decisions and be liable for damages for harm to an enrollee.
