AN ACT relating to a monument honoring Frederick Moore Vinson, and making an appropriation therefor.
     Direct the Finance and Administration Cabinet and the Historic Properties Advisory Commission to take the necessary steps to commission and erect in the Kentucky State Capitol a monument in honor of former U.S. Chief Justice Fred Vinson; appropriate to the Cabinet from the General Fund $100,000 for fiscal year 1998-99, to be carried forward into fiscal year 1999-2000.
