AN ACT relating to the sale and transport of alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 244.165 to require that persons who ship alcoholic beverages into the state from another state or country be fined up to $10,000 rather than deemed guilty of a Class D felony for their second and subsequent offenses.
