AN ACT relating to the motor vehicle commission.
     Amend KRS 190.058, relating to the membership of the Motor Vehicle Commission, to allow a member to voluntarily disqualify himself from commission proceedings if the member has a financial interest in the proceeding; provide for the remaining members to constitute a quorum excluding any disqualified commissioner; provide for commission to be able to exercise all its powers and duties without a disqualified commissioner; amend KRS 190.067, relating to the oversight function of the Department of Vehicle Regulation, to provide for the department to conduct business of the commission if the commission is unable to perform its duties.
