AN ACT relating to environmental audits.
     Amend KRS 224.01-040 to disallow the privilege against using a voluntary audit report in a criminal proceeding; limit the extent of the privilege if efforts at compliance have not resulted in compliance within a reasonable time; declare that nothing in the Act shall limit the cabinet's authority to enter any facility; prohibit the cabinet from seeking a civil penalty if the violation did not result in significant economic benefit.
