AN ACT relating to drugs.
     Amend KRS 217.819 to promulgate a list of drugs with a narrow therapeutic range to be interchanged by pharmacists; require pharmacists to notify the prescriber and the patient of drug substitution; require the pharmacist to provide patient counseling; delete subsection requiring distribution of copies of formulary list.
