AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 33 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to state legislative districts.
     Propose to repeal and re-enact Section 33 of the Kentucky Constitution to require that state legislative districts created every ten years be contiguous and as nearly equal in population as possible; provide that the districts in place at the time of the amendment's adoption remain in effect until after the next federal census; submit to voters.
