AN ACT relating to air emissions and declaring an emergency.
     Amend sections of KRS Chapter 224 to direct the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations fixing standards for all regulated air contaminants or to promulgate administrative regulations establishing the method for setting the standards for the regulation of all air contaminants.
