AN ACT relating to inheritance.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 394 to require that a gift given by a decedent to an heir during the decedent's lifetime reduces the heir's inheritance by will under certain circumstances; repeal KRS 394.370, which is the current law on a gift counting against an heir's inheritance by will.
