AN ACT relating to legal notices for driving under the influence.
     Amend KRS 198A.010 to provide for newspaper publication after the second conviction for driving under the influence and assess the cost of publication, up to $100 against the person convicted; provide for protection of clerks and others who publish notice in good faith.
