SB 41 (BR 1001) - D. Boswell
AN ACT relating to a gas system restoration and development project account.
Amend KRS 147A.200 to create the Utility System Restoration and Development Project Account, rename the Gas System Restoration and Development Project Account, reestablish membership of board, and allow board to meet as necessary, rather than monthly.
SB 41 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - In Section 1, change "utility" to "gas" which changes the names of the Utility System Restoration Project and Development Account Review Board to the Gas System Restoration and Development Project Account Revenue Board, and changes the representation on the board to include a person from the gas industry instead of the utility industry; delete Section 2 which specifies when and how the Governor would make appointments to the Utility Restoration and Development Project Account Review Board.
SFA (1, R. Sanders Jr) - In section one, change "utility" to "gas".
HCS - Retain the original provisions of the bill except delete the new language limiting the representatives of the board and reinstate the original language of the boards' appointed members.
