AN ACT relating to health facilities.
     Amend 216B.015 for definition of "health facility" to include private offices and clinics of physicians or practitioners where general anesthesia is administered; amend KRS 216B.020 to remove the exemption from certificate of need for physicians offices where general anesthesia is administered.
