AN ACT relating to public utilities.
     Amend KRS 278.990 to increase the civil penalties for the violation of the general provisions of KRS Chapter 278 from a minimum of twenty-five dollars to fifty dollars and from the maximum of two thousand five hundred dollars to ten thousand dollars; provide for the Public Service Commission to amend, suspend or revoke any certificate issued by the commission for any violation of the general provisions of KRS Chapter 278.
