AN ACT relating to pets in nursing homes.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 216 to allow any long-term care facility to harbor and maintain pets for the purpose of improving the quality of life of the residents therein; direct that the presence of pets not constitute a violation or deficiency or subject the facility to citation or other penalty.
