AN ACT relating to private investigating.
     Create KRS Chapter 329A to require licensure of private investigators by January 1, 2000; create Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators to oversee and administer licensure and disciplinary action against licensees; set forth requirements for initial licensure and renewal; set forth violations warranting disciplinary actions and possible penalties; and describe the process for disciplinary investigations.
