AN ACT relating to small and farm wineries.
     Amend KRS 243.155 and 243.156 to permit licensed small and farm wineries to sell wine by the drink or package on premises, at off-premise retail sites, and at fairs, festivals, or other similar events; and permit licensed small and farm wineries to also hold other retail drink and package licenses.
