SB 43 (BR 1003) - D. Boswell
AN ACT relating to county financial management.
Amend KRS 68.275 to allow fiscal courts to adopt standing orders for the payment of recurrent monthly payroll and utility expenses only, unless permission granted by state local finance officer.
SB 43 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Permit all standing orders adopted by fiscal court to be renewed with the state local finance officer each fiscal year.
HCA (1, A. Arnold) - Clarify that a standing order shall expire after July 1 of a fiscal year unless a fiscal court adopts another standing order.
