AN ACT relating to noncontiguous race track facilities.
     Amend KRS 230.210 to change the definition of "track" to permit a track to have noncontiguous facilities within a 60 mile radius of the track, provided they are not within 60 miles of another track or within 40 miles of a simulcast facility.
