AN ACT relating to temporary handicapped parking placards.
     Amend KRS 189.458, relating to temporary handicapped parking placards, to allow a woman who is at least six months pregnant to be issued a temporary parking permit; require a doctor's statement attesting that the woman is at least six months pregnant be presented to the county clerk when applying for the permit; amend KRS 189.459 to conform.
