AN ACT relating to motor vehicle insurance.
     Amend KRS 186.020, 186.021, 186.190, 186.180, 186.232, 186.440, 186.570, 186A.065, 186A.095, 186A.100, 186A.115, 186A.220, and 600.020 to delete requirement that motor vehicles must be insured by a minimum liability insurance policy; amend KRS 304.39-140 to require reparation obligors to make available upon request additional benefits for uninsured motorist coverage in amounts greater than that required in KRS 304.20-020; repeal KRS 186A.040, 304.39-080, 304.39-085, 304.39-090, 304.39-117, 304.48-210 and 304.99.060.
