SB 45 (BR 1005) - D. Boswell
AN ACT relating to local government budgets and escrow accounts.
Amend 68.260 to require that proposed county budgets be published at least seven days, instead of ten days, before final adoption by the fiscal court.
SB 45 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, S. Riggs) - Retain original provisions; add provisions of KRS 371.160 to specify that governmental entities are not required to escrow the retainage for governmental contracts on improvements to real property.
HCA (2, S. Riggs) - Make title amendment.
