AN ACT relating to county financial management.
Amend KRS 67.711 to allow the county judge/executive by executive order, to designate another county official, in addition to the deputy county judge/executive, to co-sign county checks, drafts, or other documents in the absence of the county judge/executive.
SB 46 - AMENDMENTS
SCS/FN - Amend KRS 67.711 by replacing the words "county checks, drafts, or other necessary documents" with "warrants for the payment of funds from the county treasury"; amend KRS 68.020 to conform.
