AN ACT relating to campaign expenditures.
     Amend KRS 119.205 to prohibit paying for transporting voters to the poll and to set a Class D felony penalty for second and subsequent violations; amend 121.175 to prohibit independent expenditures made for purposes other than "allowable campaign expenditures" and to exclude payments for transporting voters from the definition of "allowable campaign expenditures."
