AN ACT relating to the Kentucky lottery.
Amend KRS 154A.130 to require the KY Lottery Corporation to publish a financial statement from its annual audit in every daily newspaper in Kentucky by December 31 of each year; require publication of the name of the auditor's firm and a telephone number which may be called to obtain a copy of the audit; require publication of the name of the Lottery Corporation, president/ceo and a list of board members.
