AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Amend KRS 189.520, 189A.010, 189A.105, and 189A.120 relating to driving under the influence, to reduce the alcohol concentration from 0.10 to 0.08; name the Metcalf-Bowling Driving Under the Influence Act of 1998.
