AN ACT proposing to amend Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to taxation.
     Amend Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky to apply the homestead exemption to those 62 or older or on a disability pension as authorized by the General Assembly; also provide that the homestead exemption amount is to be adjusted every five years for inflation, using the 1995 amount as the index.
