AN ACT relating to termination of parental rights.
     Amend KRS 605.020, relating to Circuit Court jurisdiction in termination of parental rights cases, to grant concurrent jurisdiction to District Court; provide that District Court may decline jurisdiction if case is more appropriate to Circuit Court; prohibit District Court from excising jurisdiction of cases already in Circuit Court; prohibit Circuit Court from exercising other than appellate jurisdiction if case is already in District Court.
