AN ACT relating to health insurance coverage for autism.
     Create new sections of Subtitles 17, 18, 32, and 38 of KRS Chapter 304, and KRS 304.17A-100 to 304.17A-160 to provide health insurance coverage for autism, including behavioral modification treatment; provide that the coverage for autism shall not be subject to any greater coinsurance, copayment, premium, or other charge than that applicable to any other coverage provided by the health plan.
