AN ACT relating to the flag of the United States.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 2 to allow the display of the American flag up to 3' by 5' from a person's residence, private property agreements to the contrary notwithstanding.
SB 92 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions but change maximum dimension of flag, in cases where there is a property agreement, from 3X5 to 2X3.
