AN ACT relating to elections.
     Amend KRS 116.055 to delete the requirement that, to vote in a primary election, a person must have been a registered member of the political party in whose primary he seeks to vote at the time of the preceding regular election; amend KRS 118.125 to revise the candidate filing form to delete the requirement that the candidate was registered as a member of his party, and supported the party candidates, at the last regular election.
