AN ACT relating to alternative crop development in the Commonwealth.
     Amend KRS 247.030 to authorize the agricultural experiment station to raise industrial hemp to conduct research relating to the production of commercial products, to conduct studies regarding industrial hemp, and to make reports relating to the research and studies; exempt experiment station from criminal liability under controlled substances laws if authorization is expressly followed.
