Direct the Legislative Research Commission to create a Task Force on Historic Properties to study preservation, restoration, maintenance, oversight, and management of state-owned historic buildings and grounds, and make recommendations relating to centralized management, long term planning, and developing a database; prescribe membership: direct task force to report to the Capital Planning Advisory Board by July 1, 1999.
SCR 95 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain the original provisions except increase citizen members from two to four, and provide that the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House designate co-chairs from the members of the task force from their respective chambers, rather than providing that the Senate and House members of the Capital Planning and Advisory Board serve as co-chairs.
