HB 1023/CI (BR 2724) - R. Palumbo, S. Johns, C. Belcher, B. Colter, J. Gooch, J. Jenkins, E. Jordan, M. Marzian, S. Nunn, M. Rader, R. Webb, S. Westrom

     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 510.050, 510.080, and 510.110 to provide to increased penalties for those situations where the victim is not just mentally incapacitated but has become mentally incapacitated by virtue of the defendant's administering of a controlled substance.
