HB 1025/CI (BR 2352) - S. Johns, R. Crimm, P. Bather, K. Bratcher, T. Burch, L. Clark, D. Horlander, J. Jenkins, M. Marzian, S. Riggs

     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 434.655 to create higher penalties for credit card thefts involving high value of property stolen; amend numerous sections of KRS Chapter 514 to create higher penalties for thefts of goods or services involving high value of property stolen.
