HB 122 (BR 967) - S. Riggs

AN ACT relating to the county population.
Amend KRS 68.197, relating to occupational license fees in counties with a population of greater than 30,000, to require a county to adopt these fees by ordinance and require latest census estimates to be used to determine the county population.
